Well done Cedric (4W, Monkey) a future star member of the Ski Association of Hong Kong, China. He is currently the youngest member of the Hong Kong Ski team. Cedric participated in the 3rd Bonski National Ski Open for the 2024/25 season in Guangzhou. Well done for the remarkable bravery he demonstrated.

Congratulations to Isabelle (3X, Monkey) who came first in Harp at the Global Interschool Music Contest 2024 and received a Distinction in primary Dance at the Royal Academy of Dance. She was also the First Runner up at the 5th Hong Kong Asian Youth Harp Competition.

Well done to Hannah (1Y, Monkey) for being awarded Second Place in the Junior Harp Excellence Award at the Global Interschool Music Contest 2024 and First Runner-up at 5th Hong Kong Asian Youth Harp Competition. Hannah was also the first runner-up in the Grade Two Examination Class, and Second Runner-up in the Classical Junior Class in the 27th GMC Music Festival.

Congratulations to Adele (2W, Tiger) for winning 3rd place at the Tom Lee Music Culture Competition 2024 (Piano Solo – John Thompson’s Category First Grade). She was awarded First Runner Up in the Chinese Ink Printing Group J6 (6 years old group). Her drawing will be exhibited at Gallery Kitanozaka, Kobe, Japan in December 2024. Adele achieved Top 10 in Chinese Ink Printing at the 11th Kids Drawing Competition by Sing Tao Magazine Group.

Congratulations to Charlize (1Y, Dragon) who travelled to Tokyo to compete in the 3rd Tokyo International Youth Piano Competition Final. She won second place. Charlize also won a gold award in the 2024 China Europe Piano Competition Final.

Congratulations to Charles (3Z, Horse) who won 4th place in the Freestyle BMZ U7 division in the Shenzhen Sports Games.
Hayling

Congratulations to Hayling (4Z, Snake) who placed 2nd runner up in the Aquathlon Championship, completing 250m swim in open water as well as a 2.6km run. Hayling also competed in the Open Water Swim Race at The D’Ag Dash where he swam an impressive 900 metres in the sea and won a medal.

She won two silver medals in 50-metre freestyle and 50-metre breaststroke respectively, a bronze medal in 50-metre backstroke and 4th in 50-metre butterfly. As a result, she successfully took the overall championship trophy for 8 year old girls.

Bentley (4Y, Ox) has been awarded a Bronze award at the Grand Concours International de Dessin pour Enfants 2024, held by Hong Kong Youth Creative Arts Association and Mondial Espace d’Art et Culture. His winning drawing will be exhibited in Espace Thorigny – Le Marais, Paris.

Nathan (4W, Ox) participated in the Grade Four Piano Exam Class in International Fringe Music Festival and Competition 2024. He secured 1st place in the competition.

Maison (4W, Dragon) won four Gold Medals at the SAHK swimming competition in his age group. He won the 50m Freestyle, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke and 50m Butterfly. He also set a Personal Best time in Freestyle.

Timothy (4W, Monkey) won a Bronze Award in the Great International Children’s Drawing Competition 2024. His painting “Grazing on Grace” will be displayed at Espace Thorigny, Le Marais in Paris.

Leiko (5Z, Snake) participated and received a silver award in the Danish Exhibition Competition, Anderson International Art Award. Her art piece was selected and displayed in the finals and the exhibition in Odense, Denmark.

Congratulations to Janelle (5Z, Snake) she is ranked number 1 in her age group in Girls Singles by the Hong Kong China Tennis Association. She was awarded 5th in the Chinese Tennis Junior ranking tournament (CTJ-B500) and received the bronze medal in the Wan Chai District Aged Group Tennis Tournament. In fencing, she has been awarded the bronze medal in TOT Cup Fencing Competition U10 Girls Foil. In the 2024 Kowloon City District National Cup Youth Elite Fencing Championship and the 2024 BSF all star Hong Kong Minime Fencing Invitational she was a Quarter finalist.

Over the summer, she participated in competitions in Beijing and Italy, where she achieved remarkable success, becoming the Champion in the Italy National Showjumping 110 class and placing 4th in the 115 class.

We are proud that our Head of Wu House, Jasmine (Y13) recently represented Hong Kong in the U18s Rugby 7s team on a tour to Johor Bahru Malaysia. They played against Malaysia, Singapore, India, United Arab Emirates and finally Thailand in the Final, where they won 31-5, winning a gold medal.
