Thank you for the interest you have shown in Harrow International School Hong Kong. Choosing the right school in which to develop your career is one of the most important decisions you will have to make, especially when this may involve moving to a new country.

Our academic and educational support staff come from a broad range of backgrounds and experience including colleagues who have taught and worked in the UK. Staff and their families joining the School follow a comprehensive induction programme in order for them to familiarise themselves with the School and Hong Kong. There are a range of social events organised by the Common Room Committee from trips on a Junk to Friday Feasts!

Professional Development at AISL Academy
AISL is committed to nurturing the growth of both academic and non-academic staff. To support this, AISL Academy was established as AISL Harrow’s strategy partner to provide a dedicated centre for staff learning and professional development across the AISL family of schools.

AISL Academy is established with the objective to promote professional growth and enhancement in education. Launched online in August 2021, with a physical campus to be located in Bangkok Thailand being planned for the near future, AISL Academy is a global learning professional development platform for educational specialists who will have access to the latest and best practices of pedagogy, professional learning and social development, within an international, interactive and interconnected setting. Built upon AISL Harrow Schools’ pillars of strengths and excellence, the Academy is a collection of high quality and high impact certified and accredited courses, dedicated panel discussions and shared learning events, targeting educators including but not limited to international education professionals, and educators of both international and bilingual K-12 education.
