Football Legends from Liverpool and Manchester United Inspire Young Athletes at Harrow Hong Kong Football Clinic

(Hong Kong, 17 October 2025) Harrow International School Hong Kong, in collaboration with ZD Group, hosted an extraordinary football clinic on Friday, 17 October 2025, welcoming four legendary players from football giants Liverpool FC and Manchester United. The event provided an unforgettable experience for students, blending elite coaching with unparalleled sporting inspiration.

The visiting legends, John Arne Riise, Antonio Nunez, José Kléberson and Danny Simpson, led a series of focused training sessions on the school’s state-of-the-art pitches. Students were immersed in a curriculum designed to develop core footballing skills, participating in engaging drills including:

• “Protect the Cone”: Sharpening dribbling skills and close ball control under pressure.
• “Shooting Drills”: Mastering technique and power for precision finishing in front of goal.
• “Rondo Champ”: Enhancing quick thinking, passing accuracy, and movement in tight spaces.
• “Attack vs Defend”: Developing tactical awareness and teamwork in game-like scenarios.

The clinic culminated in a series of mini-games, where pupils had the chance to showcase their newly honed skills alongside the legendary players, putting their learning into practice in a dynamic and fun environment.
