This time is dedicated to self-reflection and development through the Harrow Diploma, mini-masterclasses to encourage development of passions and interests and careers and university guidance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Core Sessions are tailored to the needs of each year group. Throughout a term, pupils will access a carousel of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diploma reflection<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Time for collation and submission of evidence forms, reflection on progress so far, as well as seeking advice from Futures Tutors on next steps.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mini-Masterclass<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>As a year group, pupils are treated to mini-masterclasses by members of staff and scholars in a diverse range of topics and areas of passion.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital literacy<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>An age-specific session on key skills such as online etiquette, AI, basic graphic design and collaboration tools&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Careers and university guidance<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Guidance in identifying personal skills, career paths and industries. Different types of education, CV writing and goal setting.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Futures also providers tailored activities for identified groups in invited \u2018Breakout sessions\u2019.
