Importantly, the trips include opportunities for service and contribution to the local community, from volunteering at local schools to building water filtration systems, and from making bricks to replanting indigenous tree species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Hong Kong, the focus of the camps in&nbsp;Sai&nbsp;Kung&nbsp;is resilience and independence, with pupils staying in tents, cooking their own food and taking on physical and teamwork challenges, including abseiling, zip-lining, kayaking and hiking.
