Again, they undertake the duties of a DDSL and also line manage some of our House Masters \/ Mistresses, as well as the Gap Tutors who are attached to the Prep School. The Assistant Deputy Head (Pastoral &amp; Wellbeing) manages the day to day running of the pastoral provision in the Prep School. They are responsible for managing the Year Group Leaders to ensure that the personal, social and emotional needs of all the pupils are met, that behaviour is excellent and children make positive friendships throughout their time in the Lower School.
